For your convenience, our hospitals accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We also offer our Fastcheck Program, which will automatically deduct monthly payments from your checking account. Our Financial Services staff will be happy to help you complete insurance forms, arrange for outside financing and provide any other assistance you need to settle your accounts.

If you provide insurance information, we will file your insurance claim for you. Once your insurance company has paid, you will receive a bill that will reflect any remaining deductible, copayment or patient responsibilities. Please keep in mind that the physicians who care for you during your hospitalization will send their own bills directly to you.

While at one of our hospitals, you can call the Financial Services staff at 904.202.1233 for answers to questions about your bill or the payment options available to you. Remember, we depend on you for correct insurance information and prompt payment.

Once you are discharged from a Baptist Health hospital, you can contact our Customer Service Department at 904.202.2092 concerning your bill, payment arrangements or financial assistance.
