Payment Options
Account balances are expected to be paid in full within 15 days of receiving your statement. Baptist Health offers a variety of payment options to make paying your hospital bill as convenient as possible.
Online Payment
Paying your Baptist Health hospital bill has never been more convenient. We now offer patients the ability to view and pay their hospital bill online. If you have received your bill and would like to create an account, please

Credit Card Payments
For your convenience, our hospitals accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by credit card, you may use the
online payment option
or speak with a Customer Service Representative at

Mail
You may submit your payment by mail using the envelope provided along with your statement. If you do not have the envelope from your statement,

Cashier's Office
To make a payment in person, just visit any of our Cashier's Offices conveniently located at each facility.

Baptist Health understands that some hospital visits are sudden and unexpected. Cost of such visits may be very high, and depending on your financial situation, may cause added stress. We do offer payment options that will hopefully give some relief and help in paying your bill. Automated Recurring Payments
Credit Card: This payment option automatically charges your credit card of choice until your balance is paid in full. To qualify for this payment option, you must agree to a minimum monthly payment of $50.00, not to exceed a maximum of 36 monthly payments. To enroll in this method of payment, simply complete and send us the
Credit Card - Recurring Payment Form (PDF) or let the Customer Service Representative know that you are interested in making this arrangement to pay your account. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon approval and acceptance of payment terms.
Bank Debit (Fastcheck): This payment option automatically deducts a monthly payment directly from your checking account until your balance is paid in full. To qualify for this payment option, you must agree to a minimum monthly payment of $50.00, not to exceed a maximum of 36 monthly payments. To enroll in this method of payment, simply complete and send us the
Bank Debit (FASTCHECK) Form (PDF). You will need to provide your bank's name and routing number along with the account number you wish to have payments drawn from. You may also complete and sign the authorization agreement located on the back of your statement and return to us via US Postal Service. A voided check may be sent with the authorization agreement in lieu of providing bank's routing and account information. A letter of confirmation will be sent upon approval and acceptance of payment terms.
Please be advised that delinquent accounts may be referred to outside collection agencies when payment in full has not been received or appropriate payment plans have not been established. If you have multiple accounts that you would like combined to make one monthly payment on via the Automated Recurring or Time Pay option, please contact Customer Service at 904.202.2092.
