Baptist Downtown
The Guest Services Department at Baptist Medical Center Downtown is dedicated to assisting patients, families and visitors. We make arrangements for healing arts and communication assistance. We respond to special needs, help celebrate a special occasion, find accommodations for family members, and serve as patient advocates to address concerns and resolve problems.

Guest Services patient representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. In the event we are not in the office to take your call, please leave a message and we will promptly respond to your call the next business day.

Body & Soul Program
The Body and Soul Program brings area musicians and visual artists to Baptist Medical Center to perform in hallways, waiting rooms, nursing stations and in patients' rooms. The artists come to the hospital at least once a week. For information about program services on the downtown campus call Guest Services at

Patients' Bill of Rights
Florida law requires that your health care provider or health care facility recognize your rights while you are receiving medical care and that you respect the health care provider's or health care facility's right to expect certain behavior on the part of patients.
