Each time you visit one of our offices, you will be asked to verify that we have the correct information concerning your address, telephone numbers, and your insurance coverage. This is done to ensure that we file your insurance claim correctly the first time.

If your insurance carrier requires that you pay a portion of the bill called a Co-pay, you will be asked for this at the time of your visit. If you do not have insurance coverage, you will be asked to pay for services at the time of your visit. For your convenience, our offices accept payment by cash, check or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover).

If you provide us with insurance information, we will file your insurance claim for you. Once the insurance company has paid their portion, you will receive a bill that will reflect any remaining deductible, co-insurance or patient responsibility that your insurance company states that you owe.
