Account balances are expected to be paid in full within 15 days of receiving your statement. Baptist Primary Care offers a variety of payment options to make paying your bill as convenient as possible.

You may submit your payment by mail using the envelope provided along with your statement. If you do not have the envelope from your statement, please use the address on the right side of this page to send your payment.

Physician's Offices

To make a payment in person just visit your physician's office. For your convenience you may pay by cash, check or credit card.

Please be advised that delinquent accounts may be referred to outside collection agencies when payment in full has not been received or appropriate payment plans have not been established.
